How are you this Monday morning? Well, it is almost 1 pm here, so it is no longer Monday, but I hope you are good nonetheless!
I hope today you trying to detox a little if you had a treat filled weekend of candy and indulgences. The best thing you can do for yourself if you have had a lot of sweets and treats is DRINK WATER.
Water is a phenomenal way of flushing the toxins out of your system, so the impurities can go down the drain instead of store themselves for a long life in your cells.
Treat your body well today by drinking between 1 and 2 liters of water (more if you already drink that much!)
Your body will thank you by increasing your energy output and you will find you won't even need that afternoon chocolate bar pick-me-up that you stashed in your purse this morning (even the small ones will give you the high-low vicious cycle you do not want!)
If you can fit a great workout today as well, to sweat away the toxic buildup from the weekend, your body will thank you as well.
Remember, you cannot take away the things that you have already done, but you can take action going forward that will help to minimize the ill-effects that you may feel from your behaviours.
Treat your body well, and it will reciprocate love back in your direction!
Believe you have it in you to make one small change for the better today! Do it for YOU!
